All offices are flood wired with PC network points, telephones, internet access and a Lucent Definity Telecommunications System. Our telephone services range from individual agent performance reporting, conference calls, call recording and predictive dialler. Each centre has its own staff rest areas, access control & server rooms. These centres are available either equipped with all these services or unfurnished.
